Frequently Asked Questions
- When will I receive my tickets for the match? Tickets are no longer mailed out by American Outlaws. Per Ticketmaster, “Details on how to access your tickets will be sent in the coming days.
- How many tickets can I purchase at once? Between TWO and SEVEN.
- I want to purchase more than seven tickets. How do I do that? Not possible. Sorry. Seven tickets total per email address/household/person.
- Will my tickets be in the same pod? Yes, and you must stay in them for the duration of the matches, except for when going to concessions or the restroom.
- I got the email and clicked on the ticketing link and it says “no items available at this time.” The sale is definitely open. What do I do? Try a different browser or device or incognito or private mode. Sometimes it is a cookie/cache issue. If problem persists please email [email protected] for assistance.
- I don’t see the events. Where are the events? We’re working on them and will announce in the future. All AO section ticket holders will receive an event email before the match. Stay tuned to the events page!
- I have extra AO tickets. What should I do with them? Make friends at the night before party or tailgate. We won’t be able to have a ticket exchange for Nations League matches.
